What is TLC? What can TLC do for you?

TLC helps you define and move more purposefully towards your personal goals, regardless of where you're starting from.

Where you're starting from is of interest, of course - but it's where you're going that's crucial. The purpose of TLC is to help you get there!

TLC supports, rather than interferes. TLC empowers, rather than dictates.  We know only 1 in 10 people follow advice given to them - we also know that more than 9 out of 10 people will follow through and act on a decision they have made - with help and support.

TLC is Coaching. Not Counselling. Not Therapy. It's about unlocking potential and achieving goals. It's about understanding those self-sabotaging processes that prevent this happening - and transcending this self-limiting thinking and behaviour.

TLC believes an individual's natural growth is just that...'natural'.  It's purpose is to help this process take place - 'naturally'.

TLC treats everyone with respect and understanding, whilst challenging our clients to take actions they feel will be to their own benefit.

Some people who have attended our trainings and 1 to 1 choose to work with us.  That may or may not be for you but rest assured everyone gets treated with respect and understanding.  We do challenge people into taking actions they feel will do them well.  Paul is trained in Coaching, training, training trainers and NLP.  In addition to this, he also assists Noble Manhattan in training their coaches sometimes.

Nothing can be more convincing than someone who commits to this kind of work on themselves as testimony and effectiveness.
